When will my order be shipped?
All orders that have the products in stock and are paid for before 3pm Monday to Friday will be shipped same day.
What happens when I order something that is out of stock?
If you order something that is out of stock you will need to wait until we get that item in again before we can ship it to you. Normally it takes about 2 - 3 weeks to get items that are listed as out of stock.
How long does it take to get a postage quote after I submit it?
All postage quotes are manually calculated and they are done Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm, which is our normal operating hours. Most quotes should be done within an hour of us receiving them.
I have submitted an order but I haven't received any confirmation emails. Am I supposed to receive a confirmation email?
Yes. You should receive a confirmation email when you submit an order. If you don't receive one then check your junk mail folder.
Do you store credit card details after the transaction is complete?
No. Once your order has been paid for your credit card details are deleted from our ordering system.
How do you calculate postage costs for multiple items?
All items are sent in one parcel so postage is calculated for the cost of sending that one parcel. The postage costs listed on products is the cost of sending that item on its own, or up to its bulk postage amount.
What is your privacy policy?
All details submitted to The Pet Book Place are only used to process your order or to process your quotes. We will never give your details to anyone else.
